Welcome to Manga Bubbles (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the following terms.

1. About This App The App is a Canva app that lets you create customizable speech bubbles for comics and manga and add them to your design as images.

2. Your Creations and Intellectual Property You may use the speech bubbles you create with the App for personal and commercial purposes within your own designs and projects. The developer does not claim copyright or ownership over the bubbles you create. However, the bubbles generated by the App may not be redistributed or resold as standalone assets — for example, by uploading them to stock image or asset marketplaces, or by selling or distributing them as templates, clip art, or design-element packs. Please use them as part of your own work.

3. Prohibition on AI Training Bubbles and images created with the App may not be used to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models without the explicit written consent of the developer.

4. Disclaimer The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. The developer is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App.

5. Changes to These Terms These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

6. Prohibited Uses You may not use the App to create or distribute content that:

• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Harasses, threatens, or intimidates individuals or groups
• Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or religion
• Infringes the intellectual property or other rights of others

Manga Bubbles（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。本アプリを使用することで、以下の利用規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. アプリについて 本アプリは、コミックやマンガ向けのカスタマイズ可能な吹き出しを作成し、画像としてデザインに追加できるCanvaアプリです。

2. 作成物と知的財産権 本アプリで作成した吹き出しは、ご自身のデザインや制作物の中で、個人・商用を問わず自由にご利用いただけます。開発者は、あなたが作成した吹き出しに対して著作権や所有権を主張しません。ただし、本アプリが生成した吹き出しそのものを単体の素材として再配布・転売することは禁止します（例：ストック素材サイトや素材マーケットへの登録、テンプレート・クリップアート・素材集としての販売・配布）。あくまでご自身の制作物の一部としてご利用ください。
