Welcome to YouMaker? (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the following terms.

1. About This App

The App is a Canva app that allows users to create original character icons by selecting and customizing illustrated parts.

2. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All illustrated parts, visual assets, and all related copyrights and other intellectual property rights included in the App are owned by the developer.

Character images created with the App may be used for both personal and commercial purposes.

Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:

• Social media profile images and headers
• Profile materials and business cards
• Websites, videos, presentation materials, and advertisements
• Shop cards, flyers, and posters
• Product packaging, labels, tags, display cards, and instruction materials
• Other uses intended to promote products, services, or activities, or uses as a supplementary element within a larger design or work

Credit is not required for these uses. However, attribution such as “Illustration: Aya Shimada / YouMaker?” is appreciated.

You may not redistribute, sell, transfer, lend, or otherwise make available any illustrated parts, visual assets, or character images created with the App as design assets, icons, stickers, character collections, digital asset packs, or similar materials.

3. Use in Products and Merchandise

Character images created with the App may be used as part of product or service packaging, labels, tags, display cards, instruction materials, promotional materials, and similar items.
